Honoring Bob Eury | Featuring Dr. Stephen L. Klineberg

Since 1982, Stephen L. Klineberg’s pivotal Kinder Houston Area Survey has tracked the remarkable transformations of Houston. The momentous 40th anniversary survey in 2021 will tell a remarkable story of Houston’s striking transformations in education, equity and more over the last year.

Join us on Tuesday, May 11 as we release the 40th annual survey findings through the 2021 virtual Lunch-Out.

Alongside Dr. Klineberg, the Lunch-Out will feature institute Director Bill Fulton, Houston Education Research Consortium Director Ruth N. López Turley, Professor of Sociology and Kinder Fellow Jenifer Bratter and other leaders discussing key aspects of the institute’s transformative efforts responding to the challenges of the past year. The institute will also honor Bob Eury for his decades of dedicated leadership to Houston.

Immediately following the virtual Lunch-Out, attendees can access breakout rooms to connect with Dr. Klineberg and other institute leaders on the topics of education, equity and the future of life in Houston after the pandemic.

Please consider making a gift to support the Lunch-Out to ensure the institute's ability to build better cities and improve people's lives. Sponsors have access to deeper connectivity, visibility and recognition. Click here for all opportunities.
