  • $5,000 Corporations 
  • $2,500 Chambers of commerce, professional associations, non-profit organizations (with budgets over $3 million)
  • $1,000 Non-profit organizations (with budgets under $3 million)

For events outside of Houston:

  • $7,500 Corporations, plus all associated travel costs 
  • $3,000 All other organizations, plus all associated travel costs
