At least Margaret Wallace Brown, George Levan, Veronica Chapa Gorczynski and Priya Zachariah think so. They were panelists at the Kinder Institute's "Houston: A Walkable City?" panel, and each of them believes that Houston would be a better city if it were more walkable. Now, the question is how to get there.
