Participate in the study
Through the Asian American Community Study, the Kinder Institute for Urban Research at Rice University wants to capture the voices of Greater Houston's diverse Asian populations — from longtime residents to new immigrants. We need your insights to ensure no one is left out. To take the survey, you must be:
- an adult (18 years or older)
- of Asian or Asian American descent
- a resident of Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery or Brazoria counties
The Kinder Institute is also conducting interviews to complement the survey. Qualifying participants will be contacted by research staff.
Community outreach
Community leaders, we need your assistance in reaching out to underrepresented communities. Help us amplify your community's voices by:
- connecting with us to share your stories
- hosting a community listening session
- partnering with us to share findings
