This mixed-methods study is being conducted in collaboration with the Houston Housing Authority (HHA) in order to understand families' experiences with housing voucher programs, including HHA's new mobility program, which is designed to expand access to neighborhoods and housing options. Importantly, this study will help provide an understanding of the priorities, obstacles and tradeoffs that families must navigate as they choose a place to live, and how housing programs can best provide support.
