Kenneth Stice is a junior research analyst at Rice University’s Houston Education Research Consortium. His research interests include school choice reform, college access and success, school finance, politics of education and quantitative methods. Before coming to HERC, he worked as an Advanced Placement teacher and community college adjunct professor. Stice holds a M.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
